PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT

Prior to your appointment, please email me at  laurenbode@animaltalk.ca one (1) full-frontal photograph with each animal facing forward with your and your animal's name(s), date of your appointment and your phone number in the email. 

Please ensure the face of the animal is visible.

PLEASE READ - FAQ's:

1) Your animal does not need to be with you at the time of the reading nor does it matter what language you speak at home.  As long as you understand English or can use a simultaneous translation app, it will be fine.

​2) Once you book an appointment, you can ask to be added to the Waiting List for cancellations. Only clients with booked appointments will be added. No exceptions.

3) Unfortunately, I do not do readings for deceased animals.

4) If you cancel your appointment for any reason with a minimum of 12 hours notice, please send me an email and I will ensure your payment is refunded.

5) Please communicate with me using only one email address, the one you used to pay for your appointment and your full name.  It is how I locate clients in the system and incomplete names, pseudonyms or multiple email addresses may result in delays. 

6) I will call you at the telephone number you provided at the time of booking in PayPal or Setmore Booking App, using WhatsApp, Signal or Messenger, if you are not located in Ontario, Canada.

7) I am not taking specific booking requests as I am fully booked.
